Actually from an anatomically standpoint, women with their wider hips (child bearing reasons) can theoretically generate more angulation than men. This is also why you'll see portionately more female atheletes with knee issues/tears than men.

not with their larger Q angles they can't...and the two usually go hand in hand. Sure, hips are wider, but the Q angle means their knees are already inside with less room to angulate before they hit the other knee. The Q angle is what makes them more prone to knee injuries....more achillies heel than anything...and they have a shorter inseam Taller guys with a long inseam will have the biggest mechanical advantage for angulation....but tall guys tend to lean towards inclination rather than angulation (haha, punny) Find a tall guy who can really ski and you've got some good angulation.
