Good to know that. While good forecasts are always important, a perspective above 2000' from a snow-lover's prespective is infinitely more useful. It typically provides an non-obvious angle into oddities that are only of value to sliders.Tim Kelley is the skier on NECN. Matt Noyes is a great weather man and I enjoy his blog. But I don't think he likely does more than limited recreational skiing. Tim Kelley has considerable experience and frequently calls out ski areas when discussing temperatures and snow events.

:lol:BTW, I went to Matt's site and noticed the live cam/chat was operating the other day. I asked a smart a$$ question - "when is it going to snow?" and got a "smart a$$ answer - "When it's Winter. It snows in the winter"
Word, glad it helped! I think I have more weather blogs on there than ski blogs  But many are not active yet. No word from Roger Hill lately, Single Chair Blog from Fox has yet to post this season, and Tim Kelley's ski forecast has been mostly silent since Sunday River opened last month. I suspect it will be a great resource two or three days before a big storm when every forecaster I am following chimes in.BTW, I'm glad your aggregator includes FIS. I was hoping, so I checked and, voila! it was there! Thanks!
Oh yeah...thanks for the reminder...not a stoner! Please tell your Mom I'm flattered! Maybe she and I can get stoned together!!!
Just kidding... Glad to hear you like what we offer over at NECN, but don't hesitate to let me know if there's ever something different you think would be beneficial!
Welcome to the forums, thanks for dropping in to set these knuckle heads straight!
and not all of us are experts who can rip through chutes and trees and huck off of cliffs...;-)Need not tell you that skiers and boarders come in multiple types and multiple agendas. IMHO, the most vocal sliders on AZ the most passionate about the sport and speak their mind.
+1...don't be a stranger.Anyways, thanks for stopping by.
