My best is 10 in a row over Christmas break this year....the legs hurt a bit in the beginning but got used to it after a few days. The key is to go to bed early so you get plenty of rest. Unless of course you're skidbump; legs really don't get that tired after 2 midstation runs down lower yahoo..... :)

Nine days in a row. Did it 4 different times. And skiing on telegear. Talk about quad burn.

IMPRESSIVE! I did Friday and Sunday this week on the tele gear and felt Monday morning. Hoping to string together 4 days in March at Jay (probably split between tele and alpine gear depending on conditions).

Did 31 days in a row 4 yrs ago just to see what it was like...Some days it was 2 runsion the rain just to say i did it ..But i skied 31 in a row..I also ski 6 or 7 days a week so 31 in a row isnt that much of a stretch
I'm on day 19 right now, a lot of short days included.

Full days, probably 4 or 5 at one point last year.

I averaged a 100 days a season Freshman through Junior year of high school. Senior year I got hurt.

These days, I'm psyched when I'm able to get out 20. Life changes

Since this is gaperzone :)wink:) i can ask such a dumb question. Excluding college years, i dont think i've done more then 3 in a row. Have a 5 day trip planned in early february and i'm actually wondering what condition i'll be in by the 5th or even 4th day.

Its not so much the quads or back or anything for me but the knees tend to start barking. LOUDLY.

I hate the term gaper and it's not a dumb question, its a roll call question. People like to respond, so that's cool, but these thread types are really just about numbers and IMO they are harmless and not really interesting.

Why don't you start a thread about your trip, where you're going, staying, how long, who with, skis bringing, trails you want to hit, etc. Now that would be interesting.

My high is 3 days in a row, just this past weekend and last year over the weekend of President's Day.

This year, I'm really going to go crazy and do 4 days in a row over President's Day Weekend.

I looked into the RV thing. renting one anyway. my brethren expressed concern about the "smell" by the end of the trip however.

Yea, well, that was an issue. It being below freezing most of the time, the RV was still winterized, so no shower. Wife insisted on one night in a hotel in the middle of the week so we could all shower. My two boys and I protested but since the Walmart in North Conway doesn't allow overnight parking due to a local ordinance (which is enforced), we were forced to give in.

If you count BC I have 12 days straight this year. Couple over 7. and never miss more than a day. Well I have two missed days in a row but that is out of my control

Wow...good memory...u killin me.

I just don't like when people use it as an insult. Lots of good folks who don't have the means, interest or time to ski alot.

Again, that thread was a classic so it was hard to forget. And the "gaper" term is really an endearing one. We've all been there.

Throwing out the BS flag on this one...
