Brookway at Loon is in places about as narrow as a groomer is wide. The snow whales built up during early season snowmaking can block the trail completely.

Like 2/3s of the trails at Camelback are narrow and they all have snowmaking on them..Blue mountain is mainly wide trails but The Chute and sections of Burma road are narrow and have snowmaking..

Burma rd is a green trail. You ski it once to wipe the sleet out of your eyes as you wake up from your 6AM drive and head to the 6-pack or quad. and the chute is 200ft :spin:

its all good... peace

Powerline and Bearly at K. Bearly is actually extremely narrow considering it's a beginner trail.

Maybe Gun Hill Road at Hunter.

Powerline doesn't have snowmaking on it. I don't get to Bearly enough to know whether it does or not but I think not.

I could swear i've been on it when it had snowmaking whales. are you sure they dont drag hoses and guns down powerline at times?

+ 1. FWIW when I skied Powerline in November and December 2006 when ASC ran it they blew snow on it. Does the trail have its own hydrants? No, but they did pull some guns into there and blew some snow.

Nashoba Trail at Nashoba Valley...talk about narrow.

Is that the trail that is on far skier's left? If so, Chilemass, Bob R, and I skied it back in 2004 or 2005 and it was interesting...narrow and had some "mood lighting" on it.

Yes. It certainly adds some variety to an otherwise somewhat bland skiing experience.

as trailboss points out, in the past they've pulled the hoses over from rime to lay a base down on powerline. on the trail map it does have a snowflake indicating snowmaking. and surprisingly they've run a groomer over it on occasion. bearly does have snowmaking but wouldn't be on anyone's list of narrow snowmaking trails of note. while we're on it, though very rare i've actually seen roundabout groomed.
