Dear Sir,
With most gratitude and respect to you I write to seek your cooperation on my investment plans in your country. I am a very close associate to the family of the late Gen Saddam Hussein of Iraq. I have been leaving in fears throughout the advent of his rise and fall until the 29th December 2006 when it was finally confirmed; his execution for crimes against humanity. By his execution I have been librated from fear of death by Saddam and his loyalist.
I am writing you to assist in investing the fund left on my custody by Uday Hussein the son of Saddam Hussein. You are aware he was killed with his brother Qusay Hussein, on a gun battle with U.S. troops in the northern city of Mosul after a tipster betrayed their hideout. I have been leaving in fear because their father knew about the fund in my position as it was meant to be used in funding the insurgents. When I heard about their death, I left Iraq to a safe hiding place, wishing the whole violence will come to an end so I can use the fortune for myself. I have always known the dangers I face if Saddam remains alive.
Now that the whole scenario has finally come to an end I want to invest this fund under your supervision and guidance in your country. You will be in control in actual investment planning, control of fund and disbursement. The investment will be done with your name as I want to live a quiet life and enjoy the benefit of my investment as a dormant partner.
We will discuss all modalities of the investment and funding on receiving your consent and approval. You are aware of my status and I would not want my name to be put in limelight or be associated with anything involving Saddam Hussein and his family. This is a new beginning for me and the people of Iraq. I will give you details of the fund’s location and subsequent transfer to you for the investment on receiving your approval. I would like all arrangement to be done confidentially between us.
