I think that what the NY Times article said that drinking was not that much of a factor in injuries, but pot and other drugs were. The legality of pot is irrelevant here. On the other hand, hurrah for Bereckenridge!

No new revelations here. I just hope it encourages more tourons to buy a ticket, stay in the lodge, eat and drink a lot and rent expensive condos
