I predict NO early openings, just the dates already out there as published by the Ski Resorts

Looks like Killington is aiming for Sunday, November 5th. They said they don't want to open next Friday or Saturday because it would get too crowded with the limited trails. Snowmaking should start this Sunday and temps next week look excellent. They were reportedly testing a few guns today, but don't want to start yet due to the storm this Saturday which is expected to bring a period of rain.

I've seen Zands' info going around. A couple of locals from K are my 3rd hand source. Some info leaked about a mangament meeting a couple weeks ago and a potential budgeted date of Nov 5th was discussed. Not saying its true, just info that is out there. I use to get my info from you Joshua. My point is we all know someone who knows someone who thinks they know something. When they open we find out who was correct.

I think Catamount is more like 12/1 or 12/2... don't know why they'd open on a Monday. Everything else seems about right.
