Overcoming Nagging Injuries

abc - I had an MRI years back and worked with a physical therapist when the pain was at its worst. Based on the specific injury and what areas are affected they can tailor a treatment plan to your needs. For me, it's the ITB on the outside of my right knee. I have some stretches specifically for that, but unless you know what's wrong with you, it's hard to treat.
Well, that's kind of my problem. I've had an MRI a few years back due to a strained MCI. At the time, the doc (ortho) said the knee looks fine...

No injury since. But it started a couple years back, mildly at first, now a bit more noticeable. So I'm not entirely sure IF, or what kind of doctor, to go bother with to find out what's causing the pain.
