You must wanted to get a post in before your bus came to go to school, are you in 9th or 10th grade?

Actually, I have no problem with the mountain per say but more the way they choose to run and maintain it. No one can turn snow to ice as fast as blue. The place is packed down to solid ice with ice crystals on top that they call snow but act more like granulated sugar or even quicksand. Blue is not skiing, it is surviving. If Blue was the only place there was to ski, bowling would be a fine alternative.

Yes, I am on the school bus right now using my Hello Kitty cell phone to post this. I may be 16 and wearing Ugg boots, but I bet I can ski switch better than you!

I am no Blue fan boy like GSS, but its not a bad place. I do see your point about snow conditions, probably Blue's weekest point. The conditions you describe seem to be particularly bad on Main Street.

What did Blue do to you? Or are you hating cause Paradise and Switchback were too steep for you?

Phipug only skis in Vermont and out west...he doesn't like the snow at Blue...yes there are alot of days of mad sweet and low loose granuler but any competent skier can handle that. There are so many times I've skied Blue in great spring conditions..where the snow is fast but soft..I don't have much respect for people who are diehard skiers but won't ski in their home state. In a season where I ski 100 days a year..I ski about 70 days at Blue and 30 days elsewhere..I couldn't imagine only skiing 30 days..I'd go insane

Another season of listening to a dozen kids saying "I haven't been to Sno but I know it sux" in every thread? PASR was fun when it was a small group of assheads, but it's just dumb now. I have over 10k posts on a soccer MB...that's my home. And Jeffy banned me for life, anyway...well, until I'm nice to Papapedosteeze, which would never happen.

Ski9:

I couldn't agree with you more and you will never see me on that board.

I just bought 9 cans of beans for 26 cents each at Target and I have a can of soup at my place I'm bring as well..so that will get me a free lift ticket tonight at Big Boulder..apparently it might just be Freedom Park and Little Boulder trail...so I might only be there for about 2 hours..

Heheheh...

The best example of "dumb", my friend, is when flamers start screaming about how much better they are than you, so you challenge them to put their skis where their mouths are and step up to a Chinese downhill...no gates, just get to the bottom. And people like Method call you a tool for challenging people to a race rather than 30 page internet threads.

BOT, be careful at BB and watch your back...Ty got creamed by a newbie last year in that opening day mess. It's the equivalent to putting rails on Honeymoon Lane at CB during XMas week. It's like watching an old Warren Miller blooper reel.

Friends who work at Sno said they are looking at Wednesday...I guess we'll head over for that. Did you hear TWood has come back from the dead?

A friend just sent me a screenshot of that same older guy actually posting an offer for rides to the mountain in which they can also stay in his motel room...

It's probably better to not have your IP address attached to that site for a while...

I didn't hear anything about Tanglewood..I had alot of fun there for the 2006 ASRA go-pro with you, Ty, Metz, Atomic Jeff, and Skimom..

Metzy must have met some tragic end trying to hustle pool after a hard day collecting driving range balls in his power cart.

I kinda miss him...

I'll give Phil his props...he's consistent. I used to argue with him about Blue maybe 5 years ago now back on Epic, but then I started to see things his way :-o. Although unlike Phil I do like Blue and will continue to spend money there, but he's got a point. (but the snow isn't always that bad come on Phil) Snow quality wise JFBB, Elk, Sno simply have had a better product over the years. Maybe that'll change this year who knows. Even though it's not my home Mt. I'm just grateful to have an 1100 vertical foot hill within a 1/2 hour from my house. Hopefully the snow issue is a little constructive criticism for them to improve in the future.
