I think it's cool that you know how to do that and the sticker is attractive, but it seems like a leaf pepping sticker not a ski sticker, but maybe you where going for something just for the Fall.

It's kinda a first draft and I was thinking the same thing tho a sugarbush is a patch of sugar maple trees so I am trying to put some winter graphics in without making it too complicated.

MRG and Sugarloaf have very popular stickers, I think the Bush could too .

I too thought of getting a MRG sticker and cutting some of the words out but could not come up with anything good.

Meh, it's OK. I prefer the three brushstrokes and angled text better...they seem to change tag lines more often than I change socks...

I think we might have had a thread about that but I could not find it. the ones I can remember are 'Live in the Outside", "Pure Vermont" and "It's Sweeter Up Here", those were just in a 5 years span.

"Live in the Outside" = ASC's logo and tag line.

You also forgot, "Where Great Skiers Ski," and their recent "adventure" theme.

Yeah, I started a thread on this in the SB Chatroom.....

Is this one any better?

It still isn't saying skiing Sugarbush to me.

Here's Whiteface's, it represents the Olympic torch. It's simple, but I think powerful, cause it invokes WF's Olympic past. It's something identifiable to Whiteface

Gore’s is simple, but says nothing about the place, and I think it’s uninspiring,

What is there that everybody can identify with skiing Sugarbush?

Yea, that Whitface one is sweet. I also think there is a diference bewteen a logo and a sticker. Logo's are on everything but I think a sticker should be diferent, I guess that's just me.

When I first started working on this I did at first try to incorporate the two mountains connected by an amazing lift which is one of the main reasons the Bush stands diferent than other places but so far i have not produced anything that looks good. i'll keep trying.

I don't put stickers on my car, but on the wind deflector of my rack I have Sugarloaf, Sugarloaf 50th anniversary, Cannon, Jay Peak, and Burke.

That is a good idea that makes SB stand out. Maybe something like 2 mountain peaks with a chairlift cable and one chair hanging down in between.

Of course Castlerock stands out too, but that would cut out alot of patrons that can't ski it.

I think the 2 mountains connected you thought of would have relevance to everyone who skis there.

Nothing ski related on the truck, just an IAFF union sticker, a sticker from Dr. Sled's Alma Mater and the NREMT Paramedic Disco sticker.

Nothing stick on my ski helmet, save a Yellow ribbon for Brother Robert Levesque.

I think I have an MRG sticker on my fire helmet. It might have been burned off.

My locker, now that's a different story. Saddleback, SR, K-mart, MRG, JH, Taos, Ski Santa Fe, The Crotch, I love Head skis, Just because I slept with you last night doesn't mean I'll ski with you today, Caffene before pentolite, it's just common sense! Meathead films, many others I can't even remember.

The sticker on my car:

SKI VERMONT, WINTER IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE

Love that line!
Plus it covers all the VT resorts, so no one's left out.

That is actually from the Vermont Ski Areas Association. They include both alpine and nordic ski area members. www.skivermont.com

If anyone wants a Mad River Valley, Discover Our Good Nature sticker (with the logo that is my avatar), pm me and I will put one or more in the mail to you.

Got a bunch of them on the jeep and helmet, mostly from out west. Although one of my favorites is the pigdog from Bromley.

I would put a AZ sticker on my helmet, if I had one, as a way to identify myself to other AZ'ers out on the slopes.

Greg has offered up AZ decals for sale in the past. Maybe he'd do it again if there was interest...

I don't have any stickers on my vehicles, or anywhere else for that matter. I bought an AZ decal to put on my helmut, but I couldn't find a way to make it fit around the vents... :(

Absolutely! Realize though the items in the above thread are professional quality window decals and are NOT bumper stickers. I've had one on my window glass and helmet for several years and it's held up well. The "M" in .com tore off when I used my wiper on an icey window once. Anyone interested should bump that thread.
