i dont maintain a pacer login because i dont practice anymore, but that docket is interesting to me. mainly because an amended complaint was filed against matt in early april, and in late april matt's lawyer moved to withdraw (granted). it smells like something in the amended complaint caused the lawyer to flee the coop.

its also kinda nuts to me that this is actually being litigated. tho not surprising based on what i know about matt and how matt is. its been in court for nearly 9 months now. over a petty trademark squabble. this should have been settled amicably after the first letter threatening litigation.

thanks, on a quick scan i think the amendment was to add a second defendant, the company that matt is DBA Skiology. i dont think they were on the first complaint. it otherwise looks mostly the same to my recollection. wonder why his first lawyer bailed.
