This is usually in NY. Kmart is probably a great place for this kind of thing. Moe. fans on AZ will have to choose between the Sugarloaf trip and this. I already went to Moe.down this year. That was enough for me.

I'm feeling like the only person in the world who's never heard of moe.

Heard of, but not actually heard. Figure if it fits in with those jam bands it's nice, but really not all that interesting.

Hmm, moe. and BMMC. Wonder how that mix will work out.

Is Killington going to search everybody for pot at the entrance, thus forcing them to buy Killington's stuff?

moe. is more a guitar band with defined jams then a trippy band like Phish... Which is not to say they can't be trippy.. :)

And from NY

I'm hot and cold with Moe. I've seen fantastic live performances but I've also seen entire shows that put me to sleep. If not for my friends who love them, I'd be all done.

Make no mistake though. They are one of the most successful bands most people have never heard of. They generate incredible numbers (tickets sold) considering how out of the mainstream they are.

Too bad Killington didn't host the BMMC the 2nd weekend in April when there are better odds of a sunny spring Saturday. That's a great band to draw a crowd.

Same here. Hot and cold with moe. Now that Phish is back, I've been listening to less of them.

Still, probably gonna be a fun time. Mix in the bump comp, and I'll probably make a go of it.

saw then on campus in college and at sunday river brew pub...back in the early 90s. Good jam band, nice groove...but never got hooked enough to follow them around. I'd rather listen to slightly stoopid
