Steepest trail in the east???

I know there was an old thread that discussed this, but I can't seem to find it.

SO -- what's the steepest trail in the east? Anyone know? Or can you point me to the old thread?

My vote is for Freefall at Smuggs, but I'm extremely biased!

There is an older thread on here somewhere, but I think the consensus was Face at Jay, Paradise at MRG, and Freefall at Smuggs, IIRC.

FIS at sugarbush is really steep at the top. When I was making snow there I went out to check on the snow quality that was coming out of the gun and it broke loose. Was sliding with chunks the side of microwaves bouncing by.

If I remember Greg pretty much pissed off the entire state of PA with his comments about that trail, actually a section of the trail, last time it was mentioned. :lol: :wink:

No way, man. I didn't make any snide comments about it. I just posed the question about it's legitimacy and that PASR crew got all fired up, especially that one dude. I forget his username, but he got into it with dmc too.
