For curiosity, I scanned in a quarterly earnings report for Killington from October 25th, 1992:

And this is for 500 ft! So for the steepest section you can probably add 5-10 degrees on each run depending on the year! So how much steeper the stuff on Mt. Washington is then anything inbounds in the east.
I am suprised no one had brought up the trail Ripcord from Mount Snow. They claim that trail to have a 37 degree angle. I have personally skiied it, and it definitely feels steeper than white heat and outer limits.
Ripcord is probably too short to be measured accurately using the topo map method. I'd believe 30 degrees, not 37.
Part of what is being pointed out here is that Outer Limits and White Heat aren't particularly steep. What they do have is sustained vertical. Ripcord, or something like Vertigo at Killington, can be negotiated by an intermediate with 2 or 3 skid turns.
A lot of the stupid steep marketing numbers are using percent grade (rise over run) which gives you a much bigger number.
this is supposed to be 40 degrees
the same as my pic of AMF above

I've only seen Ripcord with VW sized bumps or VW sized frozen bumps.
