Can't remember the old site enough to vote either. If you haven't fixed the navigation bar issue (same place on all pages), I will echo that. Also not a huge fan of the black. But the main issue is that the text on the homepage runs out of the table. I am using Firefox 3.5.5 with Linux (Ubuntu 9.10). Thanks for all your continued work on the site!

The text runs over like that because the font, Verdana, apparently is not included in Ubuntu. So it is substituting another larger font. Maybe I'll switch everything to Arial... that's pretty standard across the board.

Why not just not have a fixed size text box? Dynamic is generally best to have good presentation across various browsers. You can always set the style sheet up to have a secondary font of your choosing if that would help so you can keep Verdana primary and whatever sans serif font as secondary.

There is a test web site out there that runs your web site through a variety of browsers and operating systems. I can not recall the name of the site but you should be able to google it if you are curious what various users are seeing.

Interesting, thanks. I have the ttf-mscorefonts-installer package installed, which supposedly has Verdana included. Shouldn't that take care of the missing font?

I like the black background as well, it looks hardcore.

It might be nice to have information on mogul skiing workshops, events, or classes under the education link.

The picture on the first page looks really tasty, btw, nice low moguls on obviously soft snow and a not too steep slope. Makes me hungry for bumps.
