Being treated to Living large at Claybrook next few days, got out for some runs off Gatehouse for last 45 minutes today before hitting the hot tub. Surfaces were outstanding for the end of the day. 6am cat tomorrow morning, should be a delightful way to watch the sunrise! Ta-Ta!
Nice, it really is the best.

That video was pretty pathetic. There are many 60+ skiers/riders who do Poop Chute without pausing anywhere, my wife included, and the church. Buddy on patrol does the CR woods at 81 even if he's slowing down some.
True but, to be fair, those kids had no idea where they were going Or what they were doing. Experience matters and everyone has to start somewhere. I certainly had some pretty ugly initial runs in those tight trees. And I’ve made the mistake of taking guests/friends into some stuff they were ill equipped for.

Just took a spin through the webcams... Looking at Slidebrook reminds me of Kim Jong-Il singing I'm So Ronery :ROFLMAO:

You didn’t post a pathetic video when you did it.

That may be so, but I still have to work to earn a living. Maybe that guy is building a brand he can make some money off so he can spend his days skiing and editing video.

Maybe he should get a real job?

Maybe one shouldn’t try to be an independent ski journalist when they aren’t even good at skiing?

Is it safe to assume that Slide Brook won’t be running for the season? In my opinion, I would have preferred to have Slide Brook running before Castlerock. Hiking only to Castlerock is better than having the chairlift running…
