I honestly do not know what the big deal is about DST.
All winter, I leave for work in Boston and it is Dark. I come home from work and it is Dark.

I don't see the big deal either. If we eliminated DST and stuck with standard time then people would complain it gets dark too early in the summer. If we stuck with DST and skipped standard time, then people would complain it is too dark in the morning when kids go to school in the winter (and skiing would have to start a bit later which IMO would just bring more crowds earlier since people would have more time to wake up in the morning)

It was leaked trailboss. His people came to the Picture in to make the reservation and let them know what was going to happen. George Dorsey who ownes the picture inn and the Warren Store is a Republican that lives in Florida. I bet that is where the connection is from. Someone working there leaked the info I was told and it makes sense.

I don't think that's accurate. Looking at donation history, he has donated almost exclusively to the Democratic party. On top of that, I believe it was only mentioned that the secret service reserved rooms - not who would be staying there. I would assume he's staying in a rental house somewhere and the reservations are for his staff and entourage.

Leeks are always part of these plans.
Best place for him to stay is Twin Farms but a bit a drive, they have had many of the highest profile families stay there.

I was thinking The Inn at the Round Barn Farm - nearby, a bit remote, could easily land Marine Two there, easy drive to Mad Taco and Canteen, etc. etc.

I have Noticed out west most ski areas don’t open until 9 even on weekends.

Back in 80 or 81 there was a rumor Disney was buying Sugarbush. Hap Gaylord had a sign out that said “Welcome to Disneybush”.
