Oh the horrorYou will just get banned. There have been several warnings. No one is convincing anyone of anything on here. Just like anywhere else. Stick to skiiing and Sugarbush and all will be fine.
Having ridden both Slidey-B and taken the shuttle between the 2 before. Slidey-B, when running, makes it much easier and feasible IMHO to be able to ski/ride both mountains, with less effects on your day on the hill. as both end terminals are at mid mountain location so you can ski/ride imemdiately after you get off of it verses having to time the shuttle and then immediately upload from a base area after taking the shuttle. Much less easy to be able to get to enjoy both parts of Sugarbush in a more seamless way to meJust my opinion but why have Slide Brook at all? I can't see how its use is worth the expense to run it. Correct me if I'm wrong but they have shuttle busses running between bases (and p/u and dropping off at stops along the way). I guess I'm just not a fan of transfer lifts. Wouldn't want to see it at K-Pico either. Have never felt inconvenienced by having separate ski complex's be it Sugarbush, Killington or places out west like Aspen.
I get it and you're probably correct. That said, it's a joy to take a ride on Slidebrook on a sunny March day.Back to SlideBrook...I'd also assume at this point even if they fix the problem it won't run. ME closing party is scheduled for Sunday March 30th. That's just over 3 weeks away. Not really any point in running the lift unless you simply want to say "look, it ran this year!"
More like x10. Half the time I've taken the shuttle, I've had to stand the entire trip. That's like the pain in the butt of taking your skis off for a gondola x 2.

When Slidebrook doesn't run I'm 95% committed to skiing one mountain or the other, but not both.Just my opinion but why have Slide Brook at all? The other option I use all the time is to ski slidebrook and then grab the bus to Ellen down at the road. Same coming back. ;-)Big fan of Slide Brook. Never taken shuttle and never will unless area closure forces it.
