Played basketball, ran twice, lifted weights this week.

Hopefully my travel schedule will diminish so I can keep up the program.

THis cooler weather is getting me amped up.

I have jogged & mountain biked. I discovered a new rail trail out in Lanesboro MA that goes to North Adams. It is like 44km / 27miles round trip and we usually do that the day before we mt. bike at Jiminy.

That sound interesting. Where in Lanesboro do you get this trail?

The workout never ends for me. At my age once you lose it it's tough to get it back.
Thats the problem with having been in shape when your young. You can never quite get back to that condition.

Workout Begins?

I have been thinking about getting back on that skiers edge. I think by the time early Sep is here I will have started my winter program.

I have not stopped using my "Edge Machine" this summer, although, there have been a few weeks where I only managed two workouts instead of my "minimum" goal of three. Still, even then, I get in my minimum 3000 turns. Can't take a chance on losing the muscle tone at my age! Whenever one of the areas decides that they can open, I want my only challenge to be the terrain, not my conditioning.

Dude, I would never laugh at someone with a drinking problem like yours. Coming forward with it like you did and not being in denial is the first step to recovery. Just put in the same dedacation to your drinking as you do to your riding and you'll be fine. Keep the faith bro. You're in my prayers.

Thanks...
I'm going to start off tonight with a couple shots of tequilla... Then see how it goes..

I think the problem is..
Every party I've been to this summer - I've played drums in my band... I think I need to start playing with a Camelback filled with tequilla... Chilled tequilla...
