Awesome vid. Thanks for that. I also watched the whole thing. The thing I enjoyed most was how you got deeper and deeper - into the woods!
I am going to go cry now.
I got some pretty good footage the day after at Gore(all of my stuff from Valentine's Day itself was gray and dreary . . . The skiing was sick, though):
Nice camera work. Just out of curiosity - what camera do you use?
No pics, it never happened!
i can't find any old TRs with pics![]()
There is also no time to take pictures on a powder day. However Lucky Luke did that some extreme pictures and extreme snow, extreme gravity challenge and extremely exhausted.

Here's 2 pics (non-skiing). Cause on a powder day, no time for picture taking.
WOW!!!!
What a great way to end a week. Take two days off work and drive countless number of miles and hours in sometimes blizzard conditions to ski in deep snow and cold winding conditions.
I know some people at work that would call this an nightmare. I call it a dream.
I don't remember this storm at all. It was the year before I picked skiing back up, and it probably wasn't a big storm in NJ.
Catskills got all 4 plus feet from it. I remember skiing that weekend at Hunter Snow was Utah finest of packed powder, it was GREATIIRC correctly the Pocono's got the goods but not to the extent VT did. The 2nd half of that season was awesome including a big dump St Patty's Day.
