The Mass Pike is clearly it's own parralel universe. Where else will exits 11 and 11A be seperated by more than 10 miles?

Just like legislation was passed in the early 1970s to eradicate all rotaries. And of course, the effort was left duly unfunded.
Just like the legislature putting new traffic penalties into effect and not funding the enforcement.
The political functionaries that authorized these boondoggles including exit 11A are long gone, with generous state pensions. If any of them ever worked for me, they'd be out on their seat in 2 minutes.
