I'm a recovering Rhode Islander...I still like grinders, coffee milk and cabinets, still drink from a bubbla...but I no longer say "youz guyz", I pronounce most of my words completely, and I'm calmer behind the wheel. I'd like to ski witchew too (that's "with you" for all the non RI'ers)

We could shoot for a SR round up with BobR and the gang.
Tecnically I'm a masshole by birth...moved to RI at 9months old...spent as much time in ME as possible...college, grad school and the last 18 years in ME before moving to NH...so masshole by birth, RI'er through 18 yrs old, Mainer at heart, New Hampsterer by current residency...I'm a new england mutt! I flick myself off when I'm driving too slow in the passing lane, I tailgate myself when driving in Maine and I honk my horn and swear at myself when I'm looking lost driving around Boston.

I happily ski with anybody & everybody. I'm just as entertained social skiing on intermediate terrain as I am bushwhacking in the trees or being challenged on steep terrain.

...Ditto!, But social_bushwacking or socially_C.O.S.T. is double the fun!....when everyone's part of the carnage...

Triple Dog Dare ya' Trek....(the haul up to the Loaf needs a bit of persuasion...but SR would be fine 4me)....and you bring severine, BobR, ecph, and anyone else....

beanonyc - hung with him at sugar bush. didn't get to ski with him though. :-( great guy and my wife thought he was cool too.

bobr - just seems like a laid back dude. just my style.

dmc - met him a couple of times but have never been able to keep up on the slopes.

and last but not least GSS. i really want to compare the online persona with the flesh and blood steeze.

Dude I will ski with you. Come up to the adk's. Will will have to avoid drifter he's now very impressed with you, but you would have fun. I bet you would be pretty entertaining. understand up front we will be laughing at you not with you but we all laugh at each other anyways.

TJF, S4L and I are hiking up the Stag Brook trail tomorrow and continuing up to the base of the new lift. Give me a call if you want in.

I have not been to Vermont the last 3 years. Other then 2 trips to Colorado I've pretty much skied in NY (vast majority WF) and Jiminy Peak nites.

I really hope to get to Jay this season cause I've never been.
