Probably anything, and he'll school you, I'd bet. Maybe you'll edge him out on speed, but anything off a steep groomer and my money's on him. I've seen him ski deep powder on 60mm waisted bump skis with apparent ease. He doesn't need fancy tools to get the job done.

Icelantic Pilgrims... unmounted... waiting to see what to do with them

Boeri somethings...
Camp Pulse - skiing/climbing helmet

Smartwool skiing - tons of them. Gotta go with Smartwools

Pants:
ems expedition bibs

Jackets:
ems expedition shell
OR insulation layer

underwear:
Who cares, I got a bunch and reuse as needed

...and then there's the backcountry gear - shovel, probe, beacon, ice axe (3 of them), crampons (4 of those), skins (2), ski crampons (2)... it just goes on and on...

The 80s called and they want their knees locked together style back..lol..I definitely have a much wider stance which is not good for the bumps..oh and about the Polo..it's from Kohls and my Mom bought it for me..

It's called kids and a family. And unless you make enough dough to have a ski house, then thats about the best you can do. Throw in a couple day trips to VT or NH and you're in the 20 - 30 day range. That's the same boat I'm in.

I have one helmet and one set of goggles. A few socks and capeline insulation. One pair of ski pants and a jacket with a broken zipper. Gonna pick up a new jacket before winter.

The more you ski the better you get 4sure, but sometimes one person will just out athlete the other. It doesn’t matter how much one guy trains or practices the other is a superior athlete and that’s that. I'm not saying it would be the case here cause I've never seen GSS ski.

I remember you posted that one year you where #1 at Blue in NASTAR in the Bronze Division. That’s like bragging that out of all the guys that can’t race well you are the best.

When I'm crusing groomed I widen my stance, when I'm skiing bumps I try to keep my knees locked. Why don't you do that?

Yep…as has been mentioned many times in this forum in the past it’s all about compromise. Trouble is when we are all compromising no one gets what they really want. I must admit the older I get the more I resent compromising. Maybe I’m turning into a selfish prick.
