We can't really expect the ski execs to give forthright answers to just any ole email query. However, over time, we can build the reputation of AZ as a group of local, loyal, intelligent, and understanding skiers. Eventually that will lead to a better relationship with the execs, and that will lead to better answers and a more sympathetic ear. We may not be able to affect as much change as we would like, we can still move closer and closer to finding a common ground with those who make decisions in the ski industry - some to our liking, and some not.
