Not yet, for me. Still clinging to the '80's with my mullet. If I do become follicly challenged, I don't think I'll go the "Skullet" route, though.
Was that YOU!?

wow. Now i'm gonna have nightmares for a week.

skis? In the past i've always worked with 1 pair only. I've never gotten into the rock ski or the quiver thing. But i bought a pair of bump skis this summer so i do want to pick up a pair of all mtn skis, just in case.

Volkl AC4 was today's pick...they got a couple new war wounds on them now, but nothing a stone grinder can't fix. Other skis in the quiver are too fat, too old, or too pristine for opening day.

Nordica Top Fuels for me. I go along with the who the heck cares about rock skis theory. When there trashed I'll make a bench out of them and buy a new pair.

The Fire Fox is a great ski. It's going to be named ski of the year, in the woman's catagory, by Ski Mag.
I am really looking forward to getting on these.
They are a little short for my usual ski length but I think the 162 will be find. According to the reviews I've read, its scary fast! I gotta love that!

The big decision is what poles to use...

The mid 90s Reflex with the straps cut off or the early 2000s K2 Composite with steezy new baskets...Holla

Rossignol Bandit BX's, unless conditions are really terrible..in which case I'll resurrect my Atomic C:6's.

Awe Shucks, you say the nicest things!

So you'll be on the RX8's? Sounds good for an opener. Heck, sounds good for most days.
The SAWX! Yowza! They really smoked the Rockies. At least the WS offered an opportunity to squeeze in a ski trip and watch base ball to some fans.

My Golf, Ugh! Sux in a huge way these days. I had so little time to golf in Sept and Oct, the whole sum of my game went wayyyyyy down hill.
I'm really tempted to take another refresher lesson next spring before I hit the course.

Quiver -
1. Fischer RX8 '06/07 170cms
2. Blizzard Titan Eight '06/07 175cms
3. Salomon Crossmax 10 '03/04 165cms

Will definitely be using the Crossmaxes as my RX8s have only been out a few times at the end of last season and Titans haven't seen snow yet. Crossmaxes are kind of bland, bt will definitely serve well as my early/late rocks...

Quiver alphabetically:
Atomic 9.22S 170
Atomic Metron m:EX 155
Blizzard Sigma SL 155
Rossi VS Oversize Ti 158
Volant Power 163
Volkl P40 158 (Great bump skis!)
Most costly including shipping: $179!

I will be on the Atomic 9.22S's because they are the most beat-up on the bottom, and I need to decide if I am going to put some p-tex and elbow grease into them before taking them to Vail in December, or if I should just stick with the m:EX's... or haul both - and those Metrons are heavy...
