Mine, Perfect North, opens December 1st. I can't wait. It's only about 45 more days.

On Mt Washington, in NH, Tuckerman's Ravine has snow and was "opened" since Friday. Boott Spur looked like a skiers paradise to us and it is free to use. Why wait?

i consider cannon my home mountain despite living 2.5 hours away from it. cannon opens on November 28th which seems way to far away. i believe i skied there opening day last year. might do that again this year and get an early start on my extreme card which i swear i will complete for a free lift ticket this year! last year i missed by only 5 or 10 points.

I guess I would consider my "home mountain(s)" either Butternut (~ 1hour) or Jiminy Peak (~1:40) but neither will be open probably till December or maybe late November. Obviously this all depends on whether we get a proplonged stretch of snowmaking temps. Killington is anticipating opening towards the end of this month. That'll be my first stop on 11/21 - just a month away!
