Is it possible this whole gondola operation could lead to a second base area? Is that currently necessary at Waterville?

Hmmm, while a second base area isn't really needed, now, it could be some day. However, the town square already has the feel of a second base so having three would be no good. The current base needs to be re-done desperately.
