Lots of DNFs today.

Julia's time still holding up, but some of the biggies still have to go.

Goergl took the lead and then Lindsay blew that out of the water!

Ahh, Fischbacher just took the lead.

Am I the only one here?

Looks like bronze. I don't really recognize any of the other names. You never know though ...

Vonn put down a missle of a run so if Fishbaucker and Tina Maze beat her, they must have been awesome runs. Lindsey on the mens skis, although faster makes it harder to carve around some gates, leaving a small hole of opportunity if someone else can nail their turns.

I knew Maze was gonna be tough, but had not heard much about Fishbauker. I was very suprised to see Reisch so far down - I guess GS is not her strength?

I followed the race on the NBC Blog. Mancuso went 1st and almost lost it around the frog necks turn, fought hard to recover made the next gate then poured it on to the finish and held 1st for a long long time.

Too bad. Can't be greedy though. Lindsey and Vonn do have medals. I always thought it might be good to restrict racers to one event, share the wealth.
