Trying month for sure. I got eight days in which was about what I expected. A few cold night sessions on the Sundown bumps, one spring-like afternoon. At least I got in some variety and got to Sugarbush, Hunter, Catamount and Killington this month. Sugarbush and Hunter were both very high quality days. I would give the month a C+ overall which factors in the thaw. A few really good days and some so so days with good company saved it. Hoping for a far better February.

Very disappointing! Spent the entire month laid up do to pinched nerves in my lower back. I was only able to get 2 days in. Both of which were thanks the fine makers of percocet. I am praying things loosen up real soon. I have a trip Colorado planned at the end of February and would hate to miss out on Vail.

I got 26 incredible days in here in Jackson Hole. 339" TOTAL snowfall so far this season, and its not even half over yet. 1 FOOT by tomorrow am, with continued snow till Sunday. Choosing to ski bum here is bar none the best decision Ive ever made.

I logged 5 days this month. Wifey was with me for 2 of them and her confidence is coming back. My progress in the bumps the last few times out has me psyched for the days to come. January was great. Looking forward to February. I'll be back on skis on 2/3.

Overall, B. For myself I'd give the month a C, I didn't get enough time on the snow. But an A for my 9 year old daughter who make major progress this month in a couple of trips to Ski Sundown and a weekend @ Mount Snow.

For some reason I have had a tough time shaking it. Just when it started to improve I would make too quick of a movement and then it was back to square 1.

I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I will say the random people in the Sundown parking lot that day were very nice. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t bend over enough to touch my knees let alone my feet. One guy picked up my skis for me and another helped me take off my boots. I think my next day on skis could possible be next Saturday. My fingers are crossed.

No wonder I was feeling down lately... 2 1/2 days skiing in January... But that's ok, my early season was killer.

The parts where I skied at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Copper mountains were awesome.

The skiing in the north-east has blown for January. Hopefully we'll have a turn-around in February.

I've been very envious of the weather you have had in Jackson this year. You surely picked the right year to move there.

Lots of days... Working from home running out to make a few turns at lunch..
Rain sucked... Could've used more snowmaking when it got cold again..

8 days, 7 of them at Wachusett. Variety of weather and conditions.

February will probably be a little take-it-easy style before I go nuts with VT trips in March. Snow better be good by then.

Compared to last year, everything is great for me. But I was hoping for more. I got in 5 days barely (thanks to my own clumsiness=another back injury). Warm temps have been a bummer. February won't be starting off too great either, given the warmer temps that are continuing. But it could always be worse. At least I was able to get out those 5 times, even if all of them were night sessions at Sundown.
