Love it! There is a place in P-Town on Cape Cod that specializes in poutine. There traditional take on it was excellent. I also tried their mexican version and that was killer as well. How can you beat fries, cheese, and gravy!?!
Sex!
Sex!
with my wife, poutine is king when it comes to aphrodisiacs
Would it be sacreligious to add Bacon to poutine?
PS: perhaps the word Bacon should always be capitalized. As in, what would Bacon do?
Most French Fries suck because they aren't double fried for that perfect blend of tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.
I recently purchased a new deep fryer and the thing is dangerous to have around. Super easy to clean and has an awesome feature; once the oil cools, it automatically gets filtered and drained into a container that stores right under the unit for the next use. No pouring the oil through cheese cloth into tupperware for future use.
Oui. Toujours, oui.
If you're in Montreal, I recommend La Banquise. Also, try the poutine at Au Pied de Cochon.
The one at Jay is alright but the best I had at a ski area was at the GLC in Whistler. It was topped with pulled pork.
