I hate this darn changing the clocks crap. It always takes me like a week to get used to the change! :( Just leave the same way all time and I'd be happy...

I'm psyched!!!
Going to use the extra evening daylight to do some climbing and skiing on the mountain as well as maybe some fishing...

The extra daylight will be nice, I just wish we could spring ahead and never look back... ;)

Saw many fly fishermen out today, opening day of trout season in NY. The water levels are very high, flow rates are even higher and will increase with the rain this weekend. The water was relatively clear but this too will worsen as the rain falls.

Not a great opening weekend for fishing.

Clocks are dumb. Why not wake up with the sun and go to bed with the moon? ;)

Sometimes it's more fun to wake up with the moon and sleep with the sun. Depending on how much drinking there is to do.

Not an option when the boss wants you at work for 5 am and says "pave until you run out of daylight."

Gotta love road construction!

Reminder. While, I can set the default time zone for the board, the setting in your profile overrides the default. Be sure to set the time zone in your profile to GMT -4.

Back in the late 80's Mount Snow used to have "Twilight Skiing" starting the weekend after the time change. They had a ticket from either 3pm or 4pm to 7pm sold On Saturdays and or Sunday.

Does anybody remember this?

I remember going a couple of times.

I thought getting up at 5 was bad. I stand corrected. Props It seemed to come very early today though. I sell expansion joints in highways. You must really earn your living. Small world similar circles.

Thanks for the props. I work in the QC department, so the work isn't labor intensive. Just long hours, but the schedule becomes real relaxed from December through the middle of March. I guess it all evens out.

My work load is very similar. Technical sales. Long hours, longer in the season. Help repair out roads and highways a noble cause.
