Correct, but if you want to hear and see whats going on up there you need to log onto facebook to view it! Even their "blog" hasn't been updated since Oct 3rd!

Plattekill explained to me last year that updating websites can be a slow process as Facebook is instant...get used to it, its the future. And I'm not a fan of FB either..but its here to stay ..for now.
