You're right. I'm being overly selfish. The truth is I just want to read your reports and see pics from MRG throughout season. Is there anything wrong with that? :smash:

I know....I am seriously considering this deal....as in it is high on the list of options. You and Steve Wright are correct. I appreciate the advocacy as well....MRG is a good match in many ways. This is a very, very good deal. Steve has risen to the occasion and really put out a product that is better than Burke. AFAIK there is no reason on my end to move right now in June...if the deal is still open in August or September, it may happen then. Until then, save the money and earn some interest....

I'll make you a deal. If you do the stupid thing and don't get the Triple, we'll pick a prime day to ski MRG together (on me) so you can see what you missed. Deal?

You've made me an offer I cannot refuse...

So are you getting a MRG pass?

I'm thinking about it... It's just that it's $700...so I'd have to ski 14 days there just to break even.

I don't know if I should commit like that unless I can find some pretty damn cheap lodging close by and do some extended weekends...

By cheap I mean <$30/night.

I would be up for it pretty much every weekend. My plan for second semester is to get either friday or monday off so I can extend every weekend. Is there anything cheap in the MRV? There must be something up in Burlington. Though I might be a Jay Peak a fair amount too since they have better snow most of the time.

There is a cheap hotel in Burlington that we stayed at during the Avi 1 course, but that's quite a haul. Talkin like 4 hours and change probably...

I think I'd stay at Turn of River before I stayed in Burlington...
