Funny, I was there on Sunday (the 11th) and it it was pretty good. Snow was fast and a little icy in the AM but softened up nicely around 10am.

Lines weren't horrible, but more than I'm used to (typically ski Cannon.)

I'm normally not a drinker when I ski, but when you're stuck on groomers all day they do seem mandatory.
Unfortunately the crowds were greater and the temps colder on Saturday. I would have been very happy to see conditions soften up a bit but that only happened down low around 2PM and I had to leave. Wanted to go on Sunday (fewer crowds in out limited experience) but had other things to do.

Hope you weren't stuck on groomers that day...did see some decent bumps below the East Basin chair.

Spent most of Saturday in the trees. But drinking was still mandatory. Flask got cleaned out by noon and i probably got too silly for woods skiing lol, but it beat spending all day on groomers...that drives me nutty.

How do you all think it will be this Saturday? I don't care about the crowds, just wondering more about if there will be A) nice moguls and B) sunshine and softness.

Thoughts?

(Alternatively heading to Sugarbush)
