I started a thread in trips and events about going there.

2 things i learned.

99.9% of the people who posted think colorado is a waste of time and you should always go to utah.

people really like to hijack threads.

the vid was really inspiring. every time I see something that was shot out west, I'm thinking: I got to get the hell out of NE. I'm soooo sick of skiing on crappy snow...
Well, not any time soon.

MJ=big bumps, little bumps, lower angle bumps, steep bumps, scary steep bumps, trees chutes, powder, rocks, smoke shacks (lots), two groomers, and a ton of soul. This place kicks the shit out of me.

Other areas not to be missed are Vasquez Cirque, Eagle Wind area (snowy days I stay here almost all day), tree areas between trails @ Winter Park (thank you pine beetle), and highly underrated bumps @ winter park. I'll take this place easily over anything in Summit County, one of my favorite areas anywhere. There are many ways tickets can be purchased cheap, especially midweek.

I will try to post some pics in whever I get there again, next week or two.

The powder elite would argue that there is no soul in bump skiing. I disagree.
