Usually, when I talk to my friends in Northern Vermont, they get the weather a day after we do. The big difference being, we get the lake effects off Lake Michigan, and you all get the lake effects off Huron, Ontario and Erie while the storm picks up steam.
Well........a week ago today I arrived home from my trip to Colorado(don't want to bore you but will post a TR if you're interested) to 45* temps and rain YACK!!!!
There was a storm predicted which landed in the middle of the night, and I headed out to snow plow at 3 AM with -3* temps and 35 mph winds!!!
I think I froze my eyes!!!!
*note to Trekchick, wear goggles next time
It snowed here off and on for several days with accumulations in the area of 6 - 10 inches.
But it never reached you? Dang!
We had warm temps and rain again last night but snow on the way tomorrow!
Any chance I can do a little weather dance to help this snow reach my friends on the East Coast?
