No worries...
But no PM's - I turned it off... Not really into reading the stuff peope have to say to me in private.. :-?

FWIW, an alternative approach to turning off PMs entirely is to select the "Receive Private Messages only from Buddies" setting. By adding certain users to your buddy list, you can then control who you will receive PMs from.

I generally save any comps I can get for people that have negative feelings towards Hunter... As a way to show them a different side...

Y'know, that might just generate a fair amount of negative feelings about Hunter ;)

I would say Sunday River is overrated. Short runs and I feel I end up pushing myself across the Mtn all day. Maybe I am skiing it wrong. I am surprised Attitash was mentioned I think it is marketed exactly as it is.

Sunday River isn't perfect, but I trail length wouldn't be an area I'd cite for improvement The trail and lift layout allow you to ski full-length runs with fairly minimal interference from intersections (with the notable exception of Locke, where Grand Junction is an annoyance). If you felt like you were spending all day pushing yourself across the mountain, I'd guess that you were making some misguided decisions regarding trail choice (and/or wax and gliding technique).

Indeed, the last time I was at Sunday River, I found myself out of gas after skiing until only two-thirty or so...a symptom of full-length runs combined with quick lift rides, I suspect. (Yes, yes, my lack of conditioning probably had something to do with it, too.)

I don't know if I'd go as far as to say SR is over rated. I do ski there quite a bit. I do often second guess my decision not to drive a little further to the "loaf or Saddleback.

I end up there because of a free bed. Free is my favorite flavor:wink:
