Seems like a smart move. Rather than giving out coupons in various magazines or brochures u can get on the wide of the highway, they send someone down to hand out coupons to thousands of folks riding the train today.
Sure, many likely get tossed in the trash or never used but some prob get given away to friends or family who will use them.
