AZ is the best, ;) but I also post on SkiMRV and mogulskiing.net. I browse and post periodically on SkiADK, Epic, Snowjournal and FTO. I no longer post on K-zone and never really got into TGR.

Greg - why not post on KZone any more? We would welcome your input..

Any time I post anything, no matter how Killington-specific, I get accused of shilling AZ. It's just not worth the headache. The noise to content ratio is too high for my liking.

I was browsing around KZone a little yesterday after getting linked there from here (I have been to KZone a handful of times over the years) and Highway Star was posting seriously and intelligently discussing the Killington-Pico interconnect. He was nothing like the way he was here. Is he generally more serious and on topic on KZone?

I know that this is going to sound WAYYYYYYYYYYY out there, but it really does seem that Highwaystar has actually matured over the last year, and by far and away is making way more intelligent, rational posts than out right "I'm the greatest" posts nowadays!

AZ is pretty much it for me. I do lurk on few of the others mentioned from time to time, but mostly when I get the skiing jones bad before the season starts.

AlpineZone and KillingtonZone are the only two forums I post in. I usually read SkiMRV and SkiADK when the first two are slow.....

In my mind, northern New England
Alpinezone - the best info on New England and New York ski areas plus lots of great folks to ski with
Sunday River - home mountain and awesome folks all around (plus the Red Sox thread that would never die)
TGR - excellent gear info and trip reports
Time for Tuckerman - up-to-date info on Tucks and around Mt. Washington plus an introduction to the earn-your-turns set

I posted a bit on KZone after I met some of the members at closing day '07. I haven't gone back to Killington so my participation there has dropped off as well.

Here, epic, and TGR.I dont post alot on epic,i think they can be kinda stuffy and have had a few threads edited for the use of 4 letter words"pretty mild 4 letter words".Tgr is a great site as long as you post in the same manner as the rest of the maggots.

I started out posting on the Sunday River forum for a few years before migrating over to AZ. I still check in from time to time on the SR board but spend the majority of my time on AZ now. Actually I remember giving Greg a hard time a few years back when he came into the SR board to promote AZ. Oops my bad :oops::oops:

In the fall I tend to check numerous sites (rarely post) to see if there is any inside info on which/when the first mountain will open for the season. :snow::snow:

Mostly hang out here, sometime the mogul site gets interesting. Epic has gotten too stuffy lately, new mod policy is too heavy handed.

I really like the Snowjournal interface because it is so simple, but alpine zone has info on a broader range of topics (like hiking)

For forums I post regularly on AZ, FTO (reports mostly), and SJ. Been posting more to T4T lately due to the extremely high "earned turn" members and topics on that forum. Lurker and occasional poster on Couloir Forums, Epic, and SkiVT-l. And though not a forum, I post to my own site.

Now how much fun would it be to see a GSS vs. skiingsnow battle! Oh the possibilities about where that could go are almost endless! ;)

Wouldn't be a fair contest. Dougie is far smarter and two or three standard devations more cynical.

Bulk of my posts are over at Snowjournal but regularly post here on Alpinezone and over at Snowguns.com. Although I frequently browse the other forums mentioned above I rarely post and prefer to just observe.

Mostly SR forum, but started on SJ back in the day. I haven't posted as much here, but I like the content and probably will again. Haven't been on KZone in about a year - about the time Highway Star was challenging Skip on trail design. LOL! I post ocassionally on SL, too.
