I don't know why, but I was looking at the disclaimer on the back of the tickets today. I notice they now call our sport "Snow Sliding", collectively covering boarding and skiing. Interesting, coming from a bunch of Lawyers.

They can call it what ever they want. The only terms that concern me, can never change

May even collectively cover tubing and whatever someone thinks up in the future as well...

Speaking of liability. I just realized I no longer see the mountain staff riding downhill on their shovels after shoveling out a snowmaking valve or whatever. I wonder if Mr. John Hancock or Ms. Metropolitan had something to do with that.

You know, I haven't seen a single fruit booter this year. Maybe they have " fallen " out of fashion

Don't forget sliding on a tower pad...

We have sections of large plastic tubing cut in half to cover the magic carpet when not in use. I'm sure you can't guess what we caught some kids trying to carry up the bunny hill last year... It may have sounded like a good idea, but it doesn't really work all that well... I had tried it out for myself one night a few weeks prior... ;)
