I notice that there's a sentbox and an outbox. A message I sent a while back is still sitting in the outbox. Am I correct in assuming that it remains in the outbox until the recipient reads it?

You are correct. It's a nice feature actually as it give you a chance to edit it if need be...

LOL, no it was actually a gear question I asked Rossiskier a while back (What ever happened to him?). I only noticed it when I sent you your PM.
