We've got less than an inch of accumulation (sleet). I probably will bag tomorrow morning. Hoping it stays all snow in the North country.

Friday thru Monday here...Mt. Snow Friday, Hunter Sat-Mon.

Might go to Thunder Ridge Thursday night after work.

Will not get out daytime Thursday, not really worth it yet today.

looks like i will be able to sneak away from work tomorrow for a while and get to burke. should be high winds tomorrow, so a low to the ground poma and open terrain and narrow trails with high powder retention will be favorable. i would expect wind holds at most mountains tomorrow. road conditions will be excessively dangerous so do be careful out there. thursday i plan to leave work early at the earliest possible moment to get a few runs at burke. i can bag at least the morning on friday but am trying to swing the entire day and then all weekend. possibly five days in a row, fingers crossed. i wasn't planning on anything but a possible friday dawn patrol, but a variety of factors of coming into place to allow a lot more flexibility this week than i had expected.

So far I have a small group ready for a dawn patrol tomorrow (Thurs) morning at Burke. We are going to start up at 5:45 am. I'm still beating myself up trying to figure out what run to take.
A month and a half ago I was about ready to crap out this season. Things have definitely turned around :daffy:

if thats what you need to hear then i will lie...

Well, if I lived there like you do it would be worth it. But not driving there and back tonight.
Wish I could be there tomorrow, but Friday at Mt. Snow will have to do.
But I don't need you to lie to me...I'd rather be skiing than working regardless of the weather.
