I'm chomping at the bit pretty good too.

What S4 do you have?

I've got a B6 A4 that I'm planning on holding on to for another year or two and snatching one of the new B8 S4s when they start coming off lease... If only they had brought the manual avant over :( Would have been a perfect car for me.

I have a '10 B8, in fact, I just bought it a month ago when the dealerships were rolling out with the 11's

I had a B7 A4 before that, IMHO nothing beats a manual quattro in the snow (subaru comes close)

Very nice. How do you like it so far? Color? Trim level?

Yeah, I love my car in the snow (6sp, quattro, 3.0 so lots of torque down low), great ski trip car.

My daughter said it was damn right chilly last night up at camp in NNH (40's) - well compared to
a month ago, nights had been almost unbearably hot.

Bring it on!

hey dbking, what's the earliest you've gotten tracks, earned or churned?

My buddies and I skied year round for 8 seasons about 8 years ago. We have some snow in the shadows that never really goes away. The ski area frowns on this. I believe it was Sept 8th one year ( I don't remember which ) that we hiked up and skied fresh snow on top of old stuff.

Sorry for the late reply.

As you may be able to see there is carbon fiber trim on the inside and a six speed manual transmission
