While I was in Utah, I had the opportunity to stop by Backcountry.com a number of time. Just want to say, that is one class operation. Great prices and great customer service. Something you don't find too much of these days.

Andy...do they have a showroom? Did they roll out the red carpet for their best customer? I just bought another pair of Mick Fanning Sandals from them last week.

Hijacking Andy's threads is a passion of mine. Yeah, the church key on the bottom makes it the perfect beach/party sandal. I actually talked Andy into buying a pair a few months ago when they turned up on SAC.

Just watch what you step in before using it! ;)

They do have a showroom, but it's not much. To be honest, I don't even know why they have it. Best customer, no that wouldn't be me. I spoke to one of the employees and this year alone, he purchased at least 5x as much as me. I think most of the employees there just turn their paychecks right back in. :)

I have previously sung high praise for the Customer Service of BackCountry.com.

I remember that one Steve. If you ever find a reason to stop at their warehouse, you'll find them just as helpful. I stopped in a couple of times to pick up skis and on each occasion had a number of people asking me if I needed any assistence. They even went as far as looking up number for me as to where I might be able to get my skis mounted (they do it for free, but had 10 pairs of skis before mine and I couldn't wait). Another time, I asked them directions they didn't hesitate to get on the net and look them up. Just a nice feeling over all.
