That is the way they roll! They do not say anything real then boom they are open! We experienced this in 2018 on October 13th - it was the best first day of skiing ever!

Some outstanding hiking and biking weather coming our way the next week that I'm pretty stoked about. Much needed after the fall back curtailing of evening daylight. I'm going to soak up as much sun as possible the next week and biking (or any outside activity) in short sleeve and shorts is always welcome in Nov.

That was an exceptional and very rare day for November. And it was also one of the best days of the winter with lots of tough conditions later on so, maybe no snow now will result in a big payback later?
