How so? Tram is running as is the Jet. Sounds like Jay has 100% terrain lift coverage while Stowe isn't close to that without Gondi and guessing most if not all of Spruce isn't open yet.

Tram started spinning last week IIRC. Bonnie spins for the first time this wknd with chair 50 being dedicated to Michael the Pirate. The Flyer hasn't opened yet. Last I heard on that about a week ago was they were still "conducting off season maintenance" which is mildly concerning for such a key lift. Hopefully they get things sorted out and stay in this snowy pattern for at least another month leading into my trip.

NVM, just saw on IG that "pending the finish of our fall maintenance schedule, we plan to open up the Flyer alongside the Bonnie this Saturday"

There's a guy skiing on the top of Mt Mansfield in hunter orange. It looks like a publicity stunt.
The problem as I see it is he has no respect for the Bucknell Thrush. At one point he shakes a dead fir tree where the species might want to hangout or something.

How can this be? 🤔

Maybe he will find a way to make up for it.

Just because you can do it on Mt Crumpet (north of who - ville) does not mean it will fly there.

Didn't watch the whole video, so not sure if he was caught in a avalanche.

Thanks for posting. Just plain gorgeous shots.
Made the most of the Early seasons half of Stowe that is open and ridable with fun and Snow beauty with 71 trails available. Did 36 runs over 3 days with 30 minute breaks each day for lunch and starting first lift between 910 and 930 each day.
Christies glade and Birch glade were a easier blast. S-53 Woods and unlisted Glades off Bypass and Nosedive skiers left were near perfect. Lapped each day there.
