I heard this morning that he is no longer staying at Pitcher Inn. Don't know the veracity of that update, but the person I heard it from has close State and press contacts.

while the pages of fodder and freak outs on this are amusing, you probably won't know he's there, unless he wants to make a spectacle. He and his family will arrive and ski along with a secret service entourage. Hell the SS may even have patrol or instructor jackets on so its not so obvious when they cut the lines.

Its not as if they're going to show up in the Rob Katz Vail army outfits... (Someone else can post the image)

If he was not coming to the BLUE state of VT, I would agree. Given what I have read on FB, IG and Reddit,… I am anticipating a complete shit show with protesters coming out of the woodwork - if he actually shows up at the mountain. Maybe we get lucky and the Secret Service determines it’s not a safe environment for him to ski. (He is a skier btw)

Yeah, I am taking the under on whether or not they show at all. The circus will come to town like on July 4th, and the "how do they ride the lift?" issue seems real. I am not a personal security expert, but I can't see it being securable while still open to the public.

Hunker down in whatever Air B&B they are in, let the kids build snow forts, get takeout, then go home. All on our nickel, but anyway...

George Dorsey who ownes the picture inn and the Warren Store is a Republican that lives in Florida. I bet that is where the connection is from. Someone working there leaked the info I was told and it makes sense.

I don't think it is going to be a big deal. I bet they pick a lift like North Linx or Inverness and they will ski there for a couple of hours mid day. He is not landing in the Waitsfeild Common until 9 am on Saturday. I think the bigger shit show will be in Warren because the access road at Sugarbush and the mountain areas are private property so protests would be illeagal and can be removed unlike Warren center.
