The Boston showing is at Northeastern, not BU.
Fortunately, that only a five minute walk from my house. Anyone else planning on hitting up the Boston show?
I'm hitting up two of them. One in Portsmouth, the other in Portland. Free lift tickets baby!!!!!!!

Coming to Plymouth soon, I'll have a write up ready by the end of next week. I did the premier in Burlington the last two years. Fun time, good crowd, but not worth a long drive.
no, as snoseek pointed out I was getting this confused with the Warren Miller film. Truth be told, if I had an option, I'd rather see the Meathead film if they offered the same discounts.

There will be schwag I'm sure....don't know if everyone gets hooked up at their shows though, do know that there's a lot of schwag that gets tossed out.....
Either way, you gotta support our fellow EC'ers..they do a much better job than WM's son anyway. As does just about everyone these days.

Awesome movie, even if it started 30 mins late. Great balance of pow, trees, rails, etc. Radio Ron is hillarious....so is Backseat Jesus. Will add this DVD to my collection.
Sounds like you like it better then the others.....Can't wait to see it.

I will reserve judgement until I actually see the movie, but reports from Ski Vt-L do not look good. Looking through all the comments in the thread, the reviews indicate concern for what I consider some of the biggest short falls of the previous videos, especially half the video being park, pipe, and jib. The lack of ski talent Scott mentions (including no Joe?) is especially troubling. If people are saying Snow Gods was better, I am definitely not as excited about going as before I read those reviews.
I just read the comments...I concur with some of the points...especially the short segments. The skiers were not as good I will admit that...but overall it was OK. Our crowd was good...really into the movie. The music was not as good as BFI. Newfoundland section was similar to the one they did in BFI. Nightclub scene, boat scene, etc. The skiing was not as good IMHO. Park and rails: some great tricks I thought. But I don't get into that so much...I accept that it is a part of the movie though.
