Breathe.... deeply. That usually leads to a few yoga poses.

How do you improve your mood when you're in a funk (aside from skiing)?

Just curious...

Coming down off of your rocky mtn high?

Anything that gets your blood flowing. Even a quick walk around the block, it's a nice day today.

Outside work or golf or biking ----------but one of my best funk destroyers is to strap on my Gibson or Fender turn the amp and effect pedals up to a decibel level that breaks friggin glass and crank out some kik ass rock ! Guaranteed to put a smile back on my face :>)

damn, forgot about that one.. haven't played in ages. Nothing beats banging the s**t out of some drums when the mood isn't high. Great stress relief.

Definately get outside and do some physical activity - doesn't matter whether it's going for a run/hike/bike ride/playing with the kids or even just cutting the lawn. Fresh air just about always seems to help get me out of a funk.
