How do you improve your mood when you're in a funk (aside from skiing)?

Just curious...

Running helps..self medication also helps in the form of weed and beer...getting lucky and getting some action helps as well..:beer:Oh Yeah and I like to freestyle rap..

In all seriousness, the best thing for me when I'm down is to get outside and get in a walk/jog or bike ride. Or if not possible, a car ride doesn't hurt either, just to help and clear you head.

I went for a MTB ride. The first in nearly 2 years. Helped until I realized I lost my keys on the trail.

Guess I just need to spend more time outdoors.

Bourbon.

Actually, can't say I've ever really been in a funk. Not identified as such, anyway. Maybe I'm just perpetually depressed, and any day that's "normal" is a good one.

Well, i used to watch the kids fight over trivial stuff, now they fight over teenager stuff and usually wind up beating the hell out of each other. Thats when i get in the car and go for a ride along Ocean Parkway on Long Island....5 minutes away from all the crap in my house. But now that i think of it, blazing up on a big fat doobie sounds good too!!

My suggestion, for Carrie, is to go get the latest copy of Cosmo. I noticed on the cover of this month's issue, the we men now have G-spots. I am too modest to browse the magazine in public. Please give us your full take on the article.

Depends on the time of year. If I can take my dogs and my gun for a walk I'll do that, but this time of year a good game of fetch woks wonders too.

 Do you think that would help?

Fresh air today definitely helped. Actually, I really liked my walk/jog. That's going to have to become part of the regular routine somehow.
